Who can use carevia?

Adults aged 18 and over can create an account. Parents and legal guardians can add children and other dependants and book on their behalf. You need to be in a supported country at the time of your visit.

Availability depends on your country and the doctor’s registration. You need to be in a supported country at the time of your visit. Confirm availability for your country before booking.

Can I get a prescription or certificate?

Your doctor can issue prescriptions, certificates and referrals when clinically appropriate. They will decide what is suitable after assessing you during the consultation.

What happens if the video connection fails?

If the video connection fails, you can rebook for free. Contact support for help arranging another consultation.

How are recordings handled?

Your written consultation summary and issued documents are saved in your account. For details about audio or video recording, contact support before your visit.
